Take 2

After sick kids, a sick man and getting sick myself I fear I let the ball drop.
I’m picking it back up today but first finding motivation.
Not feeling like I could be bothered at all today so I’m dreaming of skinner, fitter days.



This next one is so true, this is about ME!




We all have weaknesses and some like me have many. Focusing on fitness and drinking more water this week.




Day 2 – My fitness challenge


I am unfit. Very, very unfit but I look forward to changing that.
Almost forgot to workout today. I can honestly say that I am running on an empty sleep bank and my mind isn’t very clear.

Like normal, I popped Charlie down for his nap, grabbed my bottle of water, my knitting and sat on my comfortable couch. Oh and how comfortable my couch felt! Looked up and saw the cross trainer.Thankfully we have it set up in the corner of our lounge-room, opposite my favourite couch. It seems to be a great place to have it because it is a nice reminder. I know 2 days does not make a habit but it is a step in the right direction.

Tonight I was thinking of trying this easy budget paleo chicken and spinach dish (served with rice for the boys). It looks super yummy.


Day 19 – Flab2Fab February

Well some how life got crazy and I haven’t been on to blog. We are up to day 19 of our challenge, a day of rest.

My biggest hurdle to keeping on track is remembering to actually JFDI!

So I will part with 2 tips:

1. Pop reminders into your phone for a set time.

2. Do NOT exercise after moisturizing your feet. It is bad for your health ๐Ÿ˜‰
