I had some frozen bananas in the freezer and remembered a friend of mine used frozen banana to make a dairy free ice-cream. All I had to do is drop the bananas in and whizz them up. It made a very creamy banana dessert. Next time I might freeze some coconut milk and add that because it was a bit too banana flavoured for my liking.
*Thought I should add some friends have suggested one could add berries or vanilla extract to make the banana less overpowering.
